TTSC High School HONUS

 The HS Honu Group is a great option for "High School Swimmers" that would like to work out through the summer months to stay in shape for High School Water polo or Swim Season.   This program is designed for those swimmers that are not quite ready to work out with the Green/Elite training group.    The group works out 5 days a week in the summer and includes 1/2 hour of weights or dryland activities.   These swimmers can choose to participate in the long course meets as well.

Cost of the Honu program is $80 per month + start up registration fees.

High School Honu Summer Schedule is as follows:

Mon. & Weds. at 4:30-7:00(weights included)- Tualatin Swim Center

Tues. & Thurs. at 4:00-5:30- Tigard Swim Center

Fridays at 5:00-7pm (dryland included)- Tualatin Swim Center

Please complete USA Swimming Registration Form and TTSC Registration and bring with you to first session.
